Marabu Return & Refund Policy

At Marabu, each piece is crafted with care - whether it's our hand-painted Tanjore artwork or our curated filter coffee gift box. As a small, artisan-led brand, we ensure every order is prepared with attention to quality and detail. Due to the handcrafted and limited-edition nature of our products, we operate with a limited return policy.

All Tanjore paintings are final sale and non-returnable, as they are one-of-a-kind artworks made to order or in limited quantities. If your painting arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 days of delivery with photographs, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.

Others - Returns are accepted for unused items in original condition within 7 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days once the return is received and inspected.
